Humanity and Violence as One; Not A Good Idea

     

       Violence, a force of humanity and creatures, is everywhere and not that anything can stop it. It is unavoidable in our everyday lives, from a scratch of a kitten to the world’s ruthless, most brutal bombs and explosives. We see it almost every day, especially on television and movies, and often in real life. But is it really necessary to be seen by every one?

    Violence has brought many people to jails and prisons, and is often neglected as a natural phenomenon. In entertainment such as movies, violence has been one of the main ingredients in horror, thriller, and suspense films, which makes it, according to people, more interesting. But we always forget that it is still violence, which means it not good for others to see especially children, so we have to know how to be responsible for it.

       We can’t eliminate violence, but we can lessen the presence of it if we know how to limit it. For example, Directors who made movies containing violence sometimes cut the part or doesn’t show what is really happening; instead they use silhouettes on windows or shadows. But these days people like movies this way, they like to see the “scary parts” to be shown pushing creators to do so. Another option to lessen the is to prohibit those people, especially children, that are too young to watch films with violent content in it. We could deal with violence in many ways; one way to deal with it is to be responsible. Responsible people such as parents can help deal with violence in media because they know what it is and they can prevent it from being seen.

       I can’t consider myself a good media viewer for many reasons; I don’t hesitate on what to watch or not to watch, It has been a part of us people, and somehow I have adopted it too much.
